LEADER Desirae Grantham DESCRIPTION

Parking and Greeter team members will initially receive guests as they drive on campus, direct them to a parking spot and then show them the registration and check-in area.

LEADER Debbie Turner DESCRIPTION

Registration and Check-In team members will ensure families arriving are on the registration list and have appropriate identification. Once checked-in team members will connect the family with their host/hospitality team member. Registration and Check-In team members will assist with controlling the flow of family members into the shopping mall area.

LEADER Dalton Sylvis DESCRIPTION

The Gift Loading team will ensure each families wrapped gifts are properly loaded into their vehicle.

LEADER Mark Sweeney DESCRIPTION

The Inventory Team is responsible for maintaining positive control for all gifts donated to the Perfect Gift. Inventory team members will ensure the tables in the shopping mall are stocked with gifts as family members go through the shooting mall. Some on call work r to the actual event may be red on set of the team leader (inventory gifts that have come in and stage gifts in the shopping mall area).

LEADER Kim Moxley DESCRIPTION

Floaters are those who do not have preference of what team they serve on, floaters may be called to serve on any team as necessary.

LEADER Fran Grantham DESCRIPTION

Host and Hospitality team members are responsible for orienting family members to River of Life campus and the perfect gift process. Hosts will accompany the family into the sanctuary (shopping mall) and assist with choosing gifts for their children in accordance with distribution plan for gifts. Once all gifts are chosen, the host will take the gifts to the wrapping area and then take the family to the ministry/waiting area.

LEADER Kelly Walker DESCRIPTION

The Gift Wrapping team is responsible for wrapping gifts and keeping track of gifts for the family to ensure each gift chosen goes to the correct child/family when ready to load. Once gifts are wrapped the gift wrapping team will notify the host and loading team.

LEADER Elissa Collins DESCRIPTION

The kids team will host children of guest families while parents or guardians are in the shopping mall. The kids team will ensure the children remain separate from building one while all shopping activities are going on.

LEADER Braden Rogers DESCRIPTION

The Ministry Team will give a brief gospel message to families waiting for gifts to be wrapped. Ministry team member will offer prayer to each family and ensure they receive an invitation to church!

LEADER Mark Sweeney DESCRIPTION

Perfect Gift orating and set-up will occur on 13 December 2024 starting at 9:00am until complete. This the on FRIDAY before the Perfect Gift guests come to ROL on Saturday. Team members will help changing the sanctuary into a Winter Wonderland shopping mall for guests.
